Do I pay an activation fee per driver or per vehicle?
You pay an activation fee per car or VIN, not per driver. However, if a fleet driver receives a new car, an additional activation fee will apply for that vehicle.
Can I change the driver of a vehicle for free?
Since our activation fee is per car or VIN, you can change drivers for free between activated cars on your platform. An additional activation fee will apply for adding new cars.
How does the billing process work between EEVEE, the drivers, and our company?
After the CREG rate is announced, usually around the 13th of the following month, EEVEE will send a consolidated invoice to your company for all fleet charging sessions and directly reimburse home charging sessions to your drivers.
