One platform. Three powers.
Full control.
Your drivers charge at home, at work, in different countries. The only constant? Not the charger, but the vehicle. It registers every charge. Accurate data. Straight from the manufacturer. Fully compliant. Now use it to understand, handle and reduce your charging costs.

For fleet managers of the modern era
Understand
Get insight into your charging costs. Finally.
See who's charging where, what it's costing you, and where you're overpaying. Your vehicle already has all the answers: date, location, kWhs, mileage, … It’s all there. Flowing straight into your dashboard. Automatically categorized. Updated in real time.

Location detection
Know who charges where. For a fact.
No more wondering if you're reimbursing someone's partner. Turns out vehicles have GPS — who knew — telling you where each charge happened: at home, the office, that fast charger on the highway. Now you know too.

All charging data
Make fleet decisions based on facts
Sort by vehicle, by driver, by consumption, by behavior. The data's there. Today’s. Last month’s. Last year’s. Use it to uncover trends across the whole fleet or see if that new charging policy is actually working.

Individual insights
Find your most expensive employee
Who never charges at the office? Who keeps using €0.79/kWh fastchargers when there's a €0.45 option two streets over? Spot driver patterns, set policies based on actual behavior, not assumptions and let Reduce takeit from there.

Automatic odometer reading
Pull mileage straight from the vehicle
No more typing in numbers. No more "I think it was around 47,000 km" guesswork. Just accurate, real time mileage. Based on official data.

Export and reporting
Get the data in the format you need
Need an Excel snapshot for the CFO? Done. Want it flowing into your fleet tool automatically? API. It’s your call.
Testimonial
“With EEVEE, we completely removed the manual overhead. Everything flows accurately and automatically straight from the car.”
Handle
Reimburse on autopilot. Not a cent off. No double work.
Your drivers’ home charging costs are paid back automatically and correctly. And you? You’re done installing home chargers. Standard socket or wallbox, that’s the employee’s call now. Because reimbursements are based on the vehicle — not the charger. Any setup or country, it’s always accurate. Go ahead, scale up your fleet.

Automated reimbursing
Home-charging reimbursements. Accurate. And on time.
Ten drivers or a thousand, every one gets their home charging costs paid back. Within the timeframe you've set, calculated at the official rate. One invoice for home and public/work charging, if you’ve opted for our charge pass. Just like in the good old fuel card days.

Multi-entity. Multi-country.
Every entity invoiced correctly
Dealing with multiple cost centers or subsidiaries? Every session gets assigned to the right legal entity and invoiced following local regulations. Always compliant, no matter the country. Your org chart might get more complex, but your billing doesn’t.

Reimbursement status
Keep employees in the loop
No back-and-forth. No uncertainty. Drivers can track when their money is coming. In real time. Straight from the app.
Testimonial
"Finally, a solution that just works! No hardware, no hassle, and full transparency.
Reduce
Manage costs properly. Lower them permanently.
It’s simple. When your charging policy isn’t collecting dust, but enforced automatically, drivers stop making expensive choices. They no longer can, actually. Parking fees go to the person who made them. And suspicious behavior? Flagged on the spot. Costs come down. Up to 30%. And they stay down.

Policy management
Make your charging policy actually work
Drivers charging in public while there’s a perfectly good office charger waiting? Not anymore. Decide where they plug in, who can use which chargers or networks and what their budget is. Set the rules up once. It runs from there. And your policy? It stops being a PDF nobody reads and starts guiding behaviour.

Fraud detection
Spot what doesn’t add up
A charging session in Antwerp, while the driver was working in Ghent? Caught immediately. Out-of-policy sessions, strange locations or unusual timing get flagged automatically. And costs that aren’t yours stay off the company bill.

Employee billing
Bill out-of-policy costs to the driver
Fast charging when the policy says home or office, idle fees or parking fines. The company doesn’t pay for those. They get billed directly to the driver. Automatically.

Your call. Use the official tariff for your country (e.g. CREG in Belgium, Tarif Bleu in France, real cost in Germany) — these are updated automatically — or set your own. Or reimburse based on the employee's actual energy contract. Whatever fits your policy.
The company (or cost center) receives the invoice for charging costs. It’s fully deductible as a business expense. Reimbursements are paid out to the employee’s personal account. All invoices are compliant and include the required details, so they can be booked directly into your accounting.
