For small to medium business

Managing charge costs is easy. Once you start listening to the vehicle.

Five wallboxes, manageable. But twenty? That’s a fulltime job and a never-ending maintenance bill. And they still don’t tell the full story. But your EVs do.
They register every charge. Use that data to reimburse home-charging and oversee your costs. And skip the hardware hassle altogether.

For fleet managers of the modern era

Real-time dashboard

See every charging session. Chase no one.

Fifteen drivers. Fifteen different ways of not sending their data on time? Those days are over. Every session shows up automatically in your real-time dashboard. Location, kWhs, mileage, … Per driver, per vehicle, per department. It’s all there.

Cost insights

The full cost picture. No more guessing.

Your total charging costs, broken down by home vs. public, per department, per driver. Assign vehicles to cost centers, pull reports per team, and export straight to the finance team. No more digging through exports when the CFO comes knocking.

Automatic reimbursement

Home charging paid back. Minus the overtime.

Ten drivers or thirty, every session is based on measured kWh, calculated at the official rate and reimbursed on time. No more wallboxes to install. No one forwarding you their energy bill with "can you check this?" in the subject line. Just a notification that it's done.

Product management

Your charging policy, actually enforced. Not ignored.

Drivers plugging into a fast charger when home charging is half the price? Ancient history. Set your rules once — max kWh per month, which locations, which charger types — and every breach gets flagged before it hits your invoice. Consistency, finally.

How it works

Set it up once. On autopilot from there.

1

Create a fleet account

Set up your company account and add your vehicles. Takes about ten minutes.

2

Invite drivers

They get a link, connect their own vehicle and home address via the app. And that’s all they see.

3

Set tariffs & policies

Pick the official rate for your country, set your reimbursement rules. Do it once and you’re set.

4

Monitor your costs

Invoicing, reimbursements, out-of-policy sessions — all on autopilot. Your dashboard keeps the score.

Questions

EEVEE pulls data directly from the vehicle through the car manufacturer’s API. Drivers connect their vehicle once, via the VIN or the brand app (Tesla, BMW Connected, etc.). From there, everything runs automatically.

EEVEE only processes the data it needs. Drivers see their own data and give consent upfront. Everything is GDPR-compliant, with clear agreements on what data is used and how.

EEVEE supports over 20 car brands, including Tesla, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Volvo, Polestar, Porsche, Hyundai, Kia, and more. Check the full list on our compatibility page. Check the full list here.

The company (or cost center) receives the invoice for charging costs. It’s fully deductible as a business expense. Reimbursements are paid out to the employee’s personal account. All invoices are compliant and include the required details, so they can be booked directly into your accounting.

Your call. Use the official tariff for your country (e.g. CREG in Belgium, Tarif Bleu in France, real cost in Germany) — these are updated automatically — or set your own. Or reimburse based on the employee's actual energy contract. Whatever fits your policy.

It depends on your current charging behaviour and policy, but most companies reduce their charging costs by 15 to 30%. After your free trial, you can request a custom savings analysis based on your data.

You can define rules like: maximum public charging per month, required share of home charging, allowed charging networks, budget limits per driver, … Set the rules per driver or per group. Change them whenever you need to. Want to see what's possible in your setup? Plan a demo.
